The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and  sendrakhis.com  disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. sendrakhis.com  does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and sendrakhis.com shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints. 

4. For Rakhis, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

5. Since Rakhis,flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However we will make sure that we deliver the products as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown.

6. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handicraft items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. sendrakhis.com, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

7. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall  sendrakhis.com  be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall sendrakhis.com be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to sendrakhis.com for that specific service/product.

The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any prices used on this Site may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.  You may be charged a minimial transaction fee/conversion charges in addition to product prices depending on credit card company and issued country .Please check with your credit card  provider for more details.

All of the Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers stated herein above and in FAQ or elsewhere in the site, any refund or payment by SendRakhis.com to the user or anyone else acting on his behalf for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or on being claimed by any user shall not become a waiver of any or all of the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers made and shall not become a precedent for similar future actions/claims or confer any rights on the claimant. AND further that all such refunds/payments if any when made shall be subject to 10% deduction on account of Bank charges and other processing overheads. We send amount in indian rupees to your receipient in india for any accepted returns/payment gateway issues etc,we currenty do not support amount returns in any other country/currency.

10. All Rakhi Orders placed for major courier deliverable cities till 4 PM IST on 27th July, 2012 from Rakhi category will be Guaranteed delivered on or before 2nd August, 2012 on priority basis.We will ship rakhis only after payment confirmation from payment gateway which might take 1-2 days.

11. All Orders placed there after will be delivered on priority basis, but we can not guarantee you for delivery on or before 2nd August, 2012.

12. Rakhis will be shipped exactly as shown but in case of last moment shortages similar and equally good rakhis will be shipped.

13. We request our customers to make sure before placing the order, mention Complete and Correct Delivery Address, Pincode number and Contact Number of the recipient while placing their valuable orders. Without complete address details, 100% Guaranteed Delivery would not be possible.

14. Once dispatching the order, If order / product will return to us / vendor because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

15.Surprise iGifts contest: 

• SendRakhis.com reserves the right to make any changes to the lucky draw contest rules at any time without prior notification, and reserves the right to replace any prize with another offer up to equivalent value without notice.SendRakhis.com also reserves the right to disqualify any orders without having to enter into any correspondence on their decisions.
• SendRakhis.com reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the lucky draw contest should technical errors or other causes beyond SendRakhis.com control affect the administration, security or proper operation of the lucky draw contest.
• SendRakhis.com is not required to enter into any correspondence regarding the administration of the lucky draw contest, and its decision on any matter will be final.

16.Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
