We accept all currencies and Credit Card (both Indian and International), Debit Card, Internet Banking, Paypal.

1. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees,What currencies can I pay in?

A. We display all prices in indian ruppes ,When you make payment using international currency,currency exchange rate on transaction date will be used to calculate price in your local currency.We accept payments in all currencies supported by Paypal viz.

- U.S. Dollars-,Canadian Dollars,Euros,Pounds Sterling,Japanese Yen,Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars etc.

2.Can I use my Credit Card to make payment? What name will be displayed in credit card bill?

A.Yes! We accept all types of Master or Visa credit cards from all countries.Our payment gatway provider name will be listed in your credit card bill for this transaction.

3. Is it Safe to Use My Credit Card on This Site?

A.Yes,Transactions on this site are very Safe.We use popular secured third party payment processor , We Protect the information from Unauthorised Persons.

5. Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes. We accept international credit cards and other payment instruments in countries that are supported by Paypal which currently include 

- United States,Canada,United Kingdom,Japan,Australia, Hong Kong,Singapore etc.

6. Do I need a Paypal account to make payment using a non-Indian credit card?

A. No. You don't need a Paypal account for paying using International Cards. When you click on the International Credit Card payment method during ordering, you'll be taken to a page which will show you a form with billing details. If you don't see the form you'll see the following line which will take you to the form. 

  "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"

Click on the link below "Continue" to continue to the form where you can enter your credit card details without having to create a Paypal account.

7. Do international payments include currency conversion/Transaction charges?

A.  You may be charged a minimial transaction fee depending on credit card company and issued country .Please check with your credit card  provider for more details.   For all other currencies the amount will be converted to USD and you may be charged a conversion fee. If you pay in any of the above currencies that are supported by Paypal your credit card will not charge you any conversion fees.

8. What conversion rates do you use for international currencies?

A. For all conversions to USD we use a ratio of 1 USD = 52.632 INR. For all other international currencies we use Paypal's defined conversion rate from USD to that currency. uses third pary payment process with the latest encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is transmitted safely over the Internet on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link. Our online payment processor has also installed a secure digital certificate from Verisign Inc., one of the world's largest secure digital certificate issuing company.


Tracking Order Status

You can easily track the status of all orders placed by you at sendrakhis by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Order History' link. An order may have reached either of these four stages: 

a) In Process: which means the approval/verification of your order/payment by our payment gateway is underway, 
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. The order will be executed as per your specifications,
c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped; or
d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway. 


We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 15 days from the delivery date in original packaging. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package. There is no cash refund.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
  • In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
  • We send amount in indian rupees to your receipient in india for any accepted returns/payment gateway issues etc,we currenty do not support amount returns in any other country/currency.
